As nice of a day as it turned out to be, I didn't get a chance to go for a run. But since I haven't run since Friday, I had to go ahead and hit up the Treadmill. Haven't been on that for a while! The thing that does make it a little more bearable is the Jillian Michaels iFit SD card that I throw in there and she controls the workout. Keeps it challenging and therefore more interesting. 5 miles, 40 minutes, 5%-9% incline, 6-8.5 mph
